New Lord of the rings movie in 2009?

Can’t wait for the new Hobbit movie in 2012?

A new Lord of the Rings Movie, online only, made by fans for fans… it seems quite interesting. The trailer seems to be something that is after the current trilogy, and the one that is coming of in 2012, I believe, is a prequel to the first 3…. confusing.
